Jamie Brown, Owner

Jamie has 18 years of experience in the construction industry. Starting at an early age, he began working for a family business as an electrician. Through the years he transitioned from electrical work to carpentry, and immediately fell in love with the trade. His experiences working for a homebuilder/remodeler compelled him to further his career by attending the University of Alabama, where he graduated with a degree in Civil/Structural Engineering. Through his time in college, he gained valuable skills in project management in addition to learning the science behind building practices and building materials. Upon graduating UA, Jamie took a job as an engineer/project manager for a global leader in manufacturing , where he spent 6 years, refining his project management skills and construction knowledge. Jamie's passion for construction led him to take a leap of faith, and begin his own construction company, he formed J.A.B. Construction Incorporated in 2016, and has not looked back since.
